I've been juicing for the past two years (since doing UPW with Anthony Robbins). Most days I make a juice or smoothie - my favourite at the moment is a smoothie from the Innocent Smoothie book - Pineapple, Blueberry & Ginger. It's absolutely yummy! I've been mulling over trying something less yummy for a while now........... wheatgrass juice! It's supposed to bring great benefits to health, so tomorrow starts my wheatgrass experiment!

After getting some Food Intolerance Tests from York Labs done I got the shocking results back...... I'm intolerant to gluten, milk, egg white, yeast, carrots, Brazil nuts, almonds, & some shellfish. I spent a day reeling with the shock (grieving the loss of cheese).... asking myself questions like "how do i ever eat out in a restaurant, stay in a hotel, eat on holiday". Anyway after some research it seems that I should be able to reintroduce some of these foods back into my diet in six months. I've got an appointment with a nutritionist next which should help.
