I was reading about these & think they might be quite helpful...the great thing is that you can share your lists with someone else, which is great for accountability. Definitely worth checking out for those ADDers who are online a lot of the time & who like electronic (rather than paper based) systems - also the service is FREE! Perhaps some of my clients might like to try this out & share their lists with me!
So, what do you think? worth a try?
