I've been juicing for the past two years (since doing UPW with Anthony Robbins). Most days I make a juice or smoothie - my favourite at the moment is a smoothie from the Innocent Smoothie book - Pineapple, Blueberry & Ginger. It's absolutely yummy! I've been mulling over trying something less yummy for a while now........... wheatgrass juice! It's supposed to bring great benefits to health, so tomorrow starts my wheatgrass experiment!
